This question is often asked and there is a pretty straightforward answer. No two sites are the same and we don't just sell a product we sell a service too; which includes backup, installation and programming, training and ongoing support for at least 12 months.
Does this mean that we are super expensive? No! not at all!
As a family run, relatively small business we keep our costs low and we believe we are as competitive as anyone in the same industry.

The ICRTouch software range is fantastic but at the end of the day data has to be put into the software.
INSTALLATION
If you have a spreadsheet listing all your products we will be able to format it in such a way to make it acceptable to the software. If not we will manually add products to get you up & running. Following on we will train you or your staff to be able to add new products in the future. If you are not comfortable with this or are not particularly computer savvy, we will help out wherever possible.
EVERYDAY PROGRAMMING
We understand that you don't always have time to add new products, you just want to get on with the running of your business. Well, for a small fee alongside a TouchOffice Web contract, we will program for you. We do this all the time so we think we're pretty good at it!

Yes.
Renting a Touchscreen till with TouchPoint software is a great way of keeping your costs down. There is no 'lump sum' outlay just a small amount to pay each month.
One of the advantages of renting TouchPoint is, your software is always up to date and you can take advantage of all the great new features which are constantly being added.

Yes it's something we do all the time
We work closely with a couple of very competitive brokers. If you are interested in financing our products, we will pass them your details and they will do the rest, explaining everything and finding the best deal to suit you.
Now this is a question we cannot definitively answer but we will try!
Just to say, a lot of the hardware we supply is in stock, if not it's next day delivery.
If it's new or replacement hardware only, then 1-2 days.
If it's a new 'system install' then a lot depends on site visits, programming, cabling etc. But we always try to deliver within the customer's requested time limit.
